There are many ways to reach SZVK. You can contact us even if you don't speak Dutch. On this page you will find our contact information.

Our app is available in English

Our app is the easiest way to arrange everything related to your health insurance with SZVK. Around 95% of the app is available in English. After logging in you have direct access to:

  • your insurance
  • your healthcare costs and reimbursements
  • the status of the insurance excess
  • paid and outstanding invoices
  • digital mail
  • your personal insurance card and European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)

The app also makes it easy for you to:

  • claim healthcare costs by taking a photo of the invoice or uploading the digital invoice
  • pay outstanding invoices using iDEAL
  • change your insurance or personal details

The MijnSZVK-app is available for iOS and Android.

Please note

The app is available in English. Our website, brochures and the MijnSZVK-website will remain only in Dutch.

SZVK emergency center abroad


If you need help abroad with regard to healthcare, call the SZVK Emergency Center. This alarm center is part of the SOS alarm center.
